Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ShowKeeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

Description of service

ShowKeeper is a local-first application designed for dog and cat show event management. The software enables offline event processing and optional cloud synchronization.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local device and any backup media. You agree to use ShowKeeper in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing your events and registries.

Pricing & fees

Weekend Pass — $59.99, paid once. It unlocks the Entry Portal and Judge's Book for 72 hours from the moment of purchase and then expires. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

ShowKeeper does not charge clubs or exhibitors any per-entry fee. ShowKeeper does not take entry payments: clubs collect their own entry fees, and ShowKeeper takes no part of them.

Payments for ShowKeeper plans are processed by Stripe. ShowKeeper never sees or stores your card number. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Cancellation & refunds

A Weekend Pass ends on its own 72 hours after purchase, so there is nothing to cancel. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and are handled case by case.

Limitation of liability

ShowKeeper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
